About Z.E.W. Club

The Zoo, Exotic, and Wildlife Medicine Club was established by students attending Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in order to provide opportunity for non-traditional veterinary experiences.  With it’s key location on the Caribbean island of St. Kitts, Z.E.W. Club offers it’s members the option of working hands-on with many naturally-occurring, exotic and marine animals.  Whether it is free-diving to capture juvenile sea turtles for tagging, nightly egg relocation and health screens for nesting, endangered Leatherback sea turtles, caring for endangered red-footed tortoises, volunteering at the St. Kitts zoo, iguana handling, aviary duty, or working with seals and sea lions, Z.E.W. Club offers something for everyone, no prior experience needed, and much more!
